Spring Celebration How It’s Made

Spring has arrived! Join us on April 18th for an amazing 4-Course dinner created by Chef Romeo, paired with beer from Fernie Brewing. Watch as Romeo prepares each dish in front of you, then let your taste buds go wild as you sample those very dishes.

FIRST :: SMOKED BRISKET
fernie brown ale mustard sauce, corn bread
SECOND :: POSOLE WITH BLACK COD
tomatillo, hominy, chick pea, cilantro, pickle
jalapeno, corn tortilla, lime
THIRD :: CARAMELIZED PORK SHOULDER
scallion pancake, vermicelli salad
FOURTH :: FUNNEL CAKE
spiced roasted strawberries, yeast caramel ice cream,
lemon curd, orange and almond praline crumb

Doors open at 6:00PM for seating, event starts at 6:30PM. Price is $75.00 per person, inclusive of taxes and gratuity.
